Important Notes
Custom Prompt 2.0 uses 2 credits per generation.
Be highly specific in your prompt (e.g., “A cyberpunk warrior with neon lights and a futuristic helmet”).
Use positive and negative prompts to fine-tune outputs.
Test different prompt variations for optimal results.
Do not expect results to match an exact image (AI generates new images based on text).
Overload the prompt with too many conflicting details.
AI-FX processing begins only after images are fully uploaded.
Upload times vary depending on internet connection, image size, and network congestion.
Once uploaded, AI processing generally takes 2–5 minutes, averaging around 4 minutes, but times may be longer based on server load.
There is no guaranteed processing time.
AI-generated images can produce unexpected variations in facial features, gender, or skin tone, which cannot be directly controlled.
AI-FX images can be shared via email and text from the photo booth once rendering is complete and the session is synced to the app.
Sharing via QR code or AirDrop will only send the original image, not the AI output, unless you share the AI Output directly from the app.
Virtual Booth does not support AI-FX.
To print AI-FX images, use a Sharing Station.
AI-FX does not support animated backgrounds.
AI-FX Custom Prompt 2.0 filters now feature a background removal options.
Realistic and Stylized Prompts
Realistic Custom Prompt
Generates photorealistic AI images. Ideal for:
Corporate Headshots
Period-specific looks (e.g., 80s, Hollywood stars)
Professional branding
Note: Realistic mode includes NSFW detection.
Stylized Custom Prompt
Focuses on artistic transformations. Ideal for:
Fantasy themes
Anime, comic book, or illustrated styles
Sketch or painting effects
Note: Stylized outputs do not have NSFW filtering and may include artistic nudity.
How to use Custom Prompt 2.0
You can configure both Realistic and Stylized Custom Prompts using the same setup process. Below is a shared walkthrough to help guide you through the interface.
Prompting Tab
Select Prompt Type:
Combined → Single prompt applies to all genders
Separate Genders → You’ll enter both a Female Prompt and a Male Prompt
Separate Genders when you want the AI to generate distinct looks for male and female subjects — for example, when costumes, clothing, or themes should differ based on gender (e.g., tuxedo for men and gown for women).
Combined when the theme or styling should be the same for everyone, regardless of gender.
Enter Custom Prompt(s) such as: pirate, detailed clothing, on a ship, ocean background
Optionally, add a Negative Prompt to avoid unwanted elements.
Write prompts that are clear, focused, and include both subject and context. For example: “a medieval knight in silver armor, standing on a battlefield at sunset.” Avoid vague or overly broad phrases.
Negative Prompt, include elements you don’t want to appear, like “blurry, distorted face, text overlay, extra limbs, NSFW, Nudity” — this helps refine results for more accurate generations.
Pose Selection Tab
Choose from:
Original Pose
3/4 Body
Half Body
Upper Body
Head & Shoulders

Background Tab
Select Background Type:
From original generation – Uses the AI-generated background that naturally results from the input prompt.
Separate Prompt – Allows you to describe a new background (e.g., "moonlit forest" or "neon-lit cityscape") independent of the main prompt.
Custom Image (static only) – Lets you upload a specific background image that remains unchanged in the final output.
Custom Image as Style Reference – Uses your uploaded image to influence the background’s look and feel (lighting, color palette) without replicating it exactly.
Style Reference Tab
Toggle Use Style Reference Image: Yes / No
Upload your Style Image
Adjust:
Style Strength increases color, texture, and lighting influence from the reference image
Composition Strength affects layout and subject arrangement
Use clean, well-lit images with a clear visual style (e.g., fashion photo, movie still, digital painting)
Avoid blurry, low-contrast, or cluttered reference images
High values create highly stylized results
Low values retain more of the original subject structure
