What you need:

  1. Ensure you have the latest version of Snappic (reprinting is only available from version 1.18).

  2. The same iPad that you used to initially run the event so you can access the upload queue.

  3. Note that if the event is older than one week, the sessions will be removed from the iPad, and in this case, you will need to make your event live and start a Sharing station in order to sync the images (if you are on a per event basis, please contact us and we can assist with adjusting the date)

  4. Make sure you have configured your printer in the Snappic App. To see how to set up your printer with Snappic, click one of the links below, depending on your desired setup.

Reprinting from Snappic

Step 1: Choose your event.

  • Open your event and ensure you have a Printer Server or AirPrint configured.

Step 2: Go to Manage Queue or Share Station

  • Once you have confirmed your printer is set up correctly then you can tap on "Tap to Manage Queue".

  • If the event is older than one week, you will need to access the "Sharing Station". This will then sync images to the event.

Step 3: Select your photo

Now, you can tap the photo that you would like to reprint and choose "Print" from the pop-up.

Please note: if you do not see the "Print" option on the pop-up, then your printer may not be configured correctly. Please take a look at the links at the beginning of the article to assist with your printer setup.
