To enable this function, follow the steps below. Go to the settings for the template/frame you uploaded and look for the "Save Individual Photos" dropdown. The location of the dropdown may differ depending on whether you are editing a still or GIF and whether it is a standard overlay or animated.

Important notes:

  • Please enable the raw and individual images before running your event. Unfortunately, you won't be able to use this option after the event has finished

  • It is only available for Still and GIF templates. You can't save individual or raw images for Burst at this time.

  • Please also note that the "processed" and "unprocessed" options are only available with the Snappic app. If you choose "processed" or "unprocessed" and use the virtual booth, all raw saved images will be saved as "processed."

Raw/Individual options

  • Disabled - Does not save any raw/individual images.

  • Processed - Saves individual images without the overlay but with applied filters and cropped to the template frame/overlay.

  • Unprocessed saves the raw, uncropped, and unfiltered individual images without the overlay. (the raw image as captured by the iOS device camera sensor).
