This guide explains how to enable and download raw or individual images from your Snappic events. These images can be saved in either processed or unprocessed formats, giving you flexibility for editing and client delivery.

Important Notes
Enable Raw/Individual Images before running your event. This option cannot be enabled retroactively.
Only available for Still and GIF templates.
Burst templates are not supported. (They can only be saved by using the local save) Click Here to access the article
AI-FX processed images don't support RAW/Individual.
For the Virtual Booth, all images will be saved as processed.
Raw/Individual Options
Disabled β No raw/individual images will be saved.
Processed β Saves individual images without overlays but with filters applied, cropped to the template frame.
Unprocessed β Saves the raw, uncropped, and unfiltered images directly from the iOS camera sensor.
Still Photo Templates
Go to the event template and click Edit under the overlay.
For static overlays, the option to save raw/individual images will appear under the Save button.
For animated overlays, the option is located under the Playback Speed bar.
GIF Templates
Go to the event template and click Settings under the overlay.
The option to save raw/individual images will be displayed towards the bottom of the pop-up.
Downloading Raw and Individual Sessions
After your event:
Go to the Event on your Dashboard.
Click the Download Captured Files button.
Select Request Zip File.
Tick the Individual/Raw Images checkbox (and any other media types you want).
(Optional) Choose a date range for downloads.
Enter your email address if youβd like to be notified when the ZIP is ready.
Click Request. Once processed, a download link will be available, and a copy will also be emailed if you entered an address.
