We have now added the ability to set an end date specifically for your Virtual Booth so you are not restricted by the end date of the in-person (app) event only.
The reason for the separate end dates (for your VB vs the in-person event) is that virtual booths do not have a time limit- they are limited by credits- whereas the in-person (app) event has a time constraint.
So now, when you create or duplicate your event you can make sure you set the correct end date under the Virtual Booth Settings so that you can enjoy running your virtual booth for an extended period. This way you are able to run live events with your iPad booth as well as virtual booth events, for the same event.
If you would like the end date of the virtual booth to be the same as the in-person event then you can just make sure the option is ticked under the Event end date (see below):
If you would like to set a different end date for the virtual booth then you can follow the steps below.
Step 1: Go to your event and click on the Virtual Booth Settings section.
Step 2: Scroll down to the "Virtual Booth End Date" and set the necessary date (this can be a few days or months into the future- there is no time limit).
