Virtual Booths events are credit-based, not time-restricted.
The Snappic App events have a time constraint. (dependent on the package)
You can extend your Virtual Booth duration for ongoing engagement.
Both live (iPad) and virtual experiences can run simultaneously under the same event.
Why Separate End Dates
The Virtual Booth feature operates independently of your in-person event.
While your main event has a fixed start and end date, Virtual Booths can stay live longer โ perfect for extended campaigns, post-event sharing, or remote participation.
How to Set the Virtual Booth End Date
Navigate to your event in the Snappic Dashboard.
Click Edit on the Virtual Booth Settings section.
Virtual Booth End Date will be located at the top of the page.
Select your preferred date โ this can be days, weeks, or even months after the event.
Click Save Changes to confirm your setup.
๐ก Tip: Thereโs no limit to how far in the future you set your Virtual Booth end date โ it will remain active as long as you have credits available.
Matching Virtual Booth and Event End Dates
If you want both your in-person and Virtual Booth events to end on the same day:
Tick the "Match Virtual Booth End Date to Event End Date" checkbox under Event End Date in your settings.
This ensures your Virtual Booth automatically ends with your in-person event.
