Important Notes

  • All templates are designed to work seamlessly within the Snappic ecosystem.

  • Ensure your device settings (such as frame rate) match template requirements for best results.

  • Always test templates before deploying to a live event.

  • GlamBot and Advanced templates may require specific hardware or camera settings.

  • VideoFX output is limited to a maximum of 30 seconds.

  • Confessional templates can be extended upon request — please allow at least 48 hours of lead time for custom adjustments.

Photobooth VideoFX Templates

These templates are optimized for traditional photobooths. They’re typically short in duration and well-suited to fun, high-energy event clips.

This category also includes Confessional templates, which are designed for close-up, interview-style captures.

360 Templates

While designed specifically for 360 video booths, these templates can also be adapted for photobooth setups. Their strength lies in dynamic, rotating effects that match the motion of 360 captures.

GlamBot Templates

GlamBot Templates are built for ultra-smooth, slow-motion cinematic clips. They are typically recorded in 2–3 seconds and processed at 1/8 speed.

Speed Conversion Example:

  • Recording at 240fps with a compatible device

  • 240fps ÷ 8 = 30fps output (ideal playback rate)

Compatible Devices:

  • iPhone 11 and newer (rear camera only)

  • iPad Pro M1 (2020) (rear camera)

  • GoPro (must be set to 240fps manually via the GoPro app)

  • Canon DSLR (recommended only):

    • Canon R8 (records at 180fps)

    • Canon R6 Mark II (180fps)

    • Canon R5 Mark II (240fps)

    • Canon R3 (240fps)

Advanced Templates

These templates are plug-and-play with specific usage guidelines. It’s important to follow any template-specific “do’s and don’ts” to avoid undesired results or playback issues.

Frame Adjustment

This is an advanced topic covering frame positioning and correction for VideoFX templates. It’s ideal for creators who want precise control over where subjects appear in final edits.
