Photobooth VideoFX templates are used for static Photo Booths but are not limited to them. Some of the Photobooth templates we will include are Confessional, Slow-mo Burst, and GIF templates.

Confessional
Confessional/Testimonials
To use the Confessional template to your advantage, you will first need to decide how to set it up and whether the confessional will only collect a single answer or multiple answers with multiple questions. For this case, we have made two confessional templates available: Confessional Basic and Confessional Advanced.
The VideoFX output limit is set to 30 seconds maximum, and the two templates have different settings.
Basic Template has a minimum recording time of 5 sec and a maximum recording of 30 sec. Guests can stop the recording after 5 seconds, so the app doesn't need to finish all 30 seconds.
The Advanced Template is set to record up to 6 questions of 5 seconds each for a total of 30 sec. (This part can be edited by checking the tutorial below)
Confessional/Testimonial Basic
Using the confessional basic template is very simple. We will go to the VideoFX template Library and select it from the Advanced templates.
Once selected, we can select the resolution and add an overlay. If you plan to use a soundtrack, please test it, as it may need to have a lower volume before it is uploaded.
To add a Question, press the Recordings tab and replace the Question 1 text. As the Question will appear when the countdown is displayed, please check if 3 seconds is enough time to read it and adjust accordingly.

Using the confessional Advanced template is simple. We will go to the VideoFX template Library and select it from the Advanced templates.
Once selected, we can select the resolution and add an overlay. If you plan to use a soundtrack, please test it, as it may need to have a lower volume before it is uploaded.
To add Questions, press the Recordings tab and replace the Question 1, Question 2, etc. text. As the Question will appear when the countdown is displayed, please check if 3 seconds is enough time to read it and adjust accordingly.
As we can see here, there are 6 Confessional tabs on the Timeline, which all correspond to a Recording added to the Recordings tab. First, you'll need to delete the Timeline Confessional block, then return to the Recordings tab and remove the Recording corresponding to the correct Timeline Confessional tab.
Photobooth Templates
These templates are recommended for use on Photobooth and are usually very short in recordings.
They can be found inside the VideoFX template Library/Photobooth Templates.
GIF and Burst/boomerang
We have also added VideoFX templates that can replace the Standard GIF and Burst when using a DSLR camera. Due to capture speed limitations, DSLR camera Shutter Speeds don't support regular bursts/boomerangs.
An alternative for this will be to select the Boomerang template from the 360 tab.
