Important Notes

  • The generic White Label setup uses Snappic’s verified servers and domains — no DNS or verification steps are required.

  • This setup is perfect for testing or for users without access to a custom domain.

  • All event emails and galleries will use the myboothpic.co domain.

Enabling and Accessing White Label Settings

To start, open your Snappic event and navigate to Event Details → Features. Toggle White Label URLs & Emails to ON to activate the feature.

Then, under Event Options, click Edit next to White Label Settings to open the configuration panel.

You’ll see two sections:

  • Email Settings

  • Domain/URL Settings

These sections allow you to set up Snappic’s generic verified domain for both email and sharing links.

Configuring the Generic White Label

To configure your setup:

  1. In Email Settings, choose *@myboothpic.co from the dropdown menu.

  2. In Domain/URL Settings, select *.myboothpic.co.

This setup ensures your event emails are sent from Snappic’s verified domain and all gallery URLs appear under myboothpic.co.

Adding Reply-To and Prefixes

Next, personalize the setup:

  • From name: Enter your company or client’s name (the sender name that appears in inboxes).

  • Reply-to email address: Add the address where any replies should go.

  • Email Prefix: Add a short identifier that appears before the domain (e.g., [email protected]).

  • White-label URL: Add a prefix for your event link (e.g., example.myboothpic.co).

When finished, click Save Changes.

Testing Your Setup

  • Send yourself a test email from your event.

  • Confirm the “From” address appears as configured.

  • Check that your event link uses your chosen prefix.

If all looks correct, your generic White Label setup is complete — no further verification needed.
