Microsites are available for both Pro and Enterprise events.
For Pro events, the Microsite option is a $19 add-on.
Guests can download photos and videos directly to their camera roll.
If network speeds are slow, a secondary “Share” button may appear to allow mobile users to save via their phone’s Web Share UI.
What Is a Microsite?
A Microsite is a shareable, branded webpage that displays guests’ photos and videos from your Snappic event.
It enhances your event experience by:
Promoting brand visibility through custom logos, banners, and links.
Enabling easy sharing via social media.
Providing direct downloads for guests.
Serving as a digital gallery for event memories.
You can also hyperlink banners to your client’s website or social pages, giving them added exposure and marketing value.
How to Enable and Edit Your Microsite
To start using a Microsite:
Log in to your Snappic Dashboard.
Navigate to the Event Options tab.
Toggle on the Microsite feature.
Click Edit Microsite to open the setup panel.
Once enabled, you can edit the following key elements:
Meta Title: Customize the browser tab title to match your event.
Password Protection: Add a password to restrict access (optional).
Hide Gallery Button or Still Photos: Choose what elements guests can view.
Sharing Options: Enable/disable social media sharing and customize share messages.
Slideshow Background: Change the visual background for the gallery slideshow.
Customization Options
Snappic’s Microsite templates are flexible and easy to edit.
You can:
Choose from pre-built design templates.
Customize elements within the template marked by green-dotted borders.
Edit text, images, and video links directly by clicking on them.
Save all changes to preview your custom design.
Every Microsite can be branded to match your client’s identity, ensuring a consistent and professional presentation.
Hiding the Gallery Button
If you prefer a simplified look, you can hide the Gallery Button.
To do this:
Go to the Microsite section on your event dashboard.
Under the Hide options, tick the Gallery Button checkbox.
Save your settings — the gallery button will no longer appear on your Microsite.
This is ideal for events where you want guests to focus on their individual sessions rather than the full gallery.
