Important Notes
Every event requires its own license — a single license cannot cover multiple events at the same time.
All license types are tied to their intended purpose and cannot be shared between different events unless explicitly allowed.
Additional licenses do not extend the overall subscription length; they only increase the number of concurrent licenses.
With Enterprise Plus, licenses can be shifted between master and sub-accounts without restrictions.- For overlapping events, ensure each event is assigned its own license, as licenses cannot be shared between events even if they are consecutive.
Adding an Event License
Managing Licenses for Overlapping Events For events that overlap, it's important to carefully manage licenses to avoid interruptions. Ensure all devices are assigned the proper licenses by navigating to the Licenses tab from your dashboard and verifying availability.
Open the Snappic application, navigate to your dashboard, and select the event that requires the license. Then, locate the 'Features' tab within the event to proceed.
Do not use the 'Accounts' tab for single-use licenses; this is reserved for monthly or annual license management.
Add a Photo Booth or Sharing Station license.Ensure the event setup is complete and proceed to add the license immediately if nearing a subscription or package expiry.
Additional Notes and FAQ for Event Licenses:
Per-event licenses last 48 hours.
Subscription event add-ons last 15 days.
Cannot be transferred to another event.
Each event must have its own license, especially if events overlap.- Single-use licenses can be added before or after an event package expires to ensure uninterrupted functionality.
For one-day events, use the Per-Event licensing option for cost-efficient management.NOTE: Restart the event on the correct device for re-alignment if a license was assigned improperly.
The Features tab should generally be used for adding licenses, unless specified otherwise in Snappic’s guidance.###
Device Assignment:
Assign licenses directly to devices (photobooth or sharing station) for activation.
Tap Start Photobooth or Start Sharing Station on your devices and confirm proper modes are set before activating the license.- For overlapping events, verify and assign licenses to ensure uninterrupted operation across all events scheduled simultaneously.
Licenses should be aligned with specific device configurations for best functionality.
