Important Notes

  • Per-event licenses = one-off 48-hour access, only available if you don’t have an active subscription.

  • Green screen and microsite are $19/event add-ons for Pro, included in Enterprise and Enterprise Plus.

Subscriptions vs. Per-Event Licenses

  • Subscription: Monthly or annual recurring plan that keeps your chosen package active. Best if you run multiple events per month.

  • Per-event license: One-off 48-hour access for Pro or Enterprise. Best if you run fewer than 3 events per month or want a once-off event (weddings, birthdays, baby showers).

Subscription Management

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.

  • Cancel at least 3 days before renewal in the Accounts tab of your Snappic dashboard.

Monthly Enterprise Pricing

  • $189 per month- includes 1 photo/video booth device license and 1 sharing station license.

Allowing you to run unlimited* events and extended event durations for as long as the monthly package is active.

*You will need an additional license if you want to run multiple events simultaneously. Running multiple events under a single license may lead to unlicensed sessions, jeopardizing gallery uploads and downloads until required license purchases are completed.

$109 per month - for additional enterprise licenses.

$79 per month - for white-label emails and URLs, which you can add to your monthly enterprise package. This also gives you access to Live Connect.

Annual Enterprise Pricing

  • $1799 per year - includes 1 photo/video booth device license and 1 sharing station license.

Allowing you to run unlimited* events and extended event durations for as long as the annual package is active.

*You will need an additional license if you want to run multiple events simultaneously.

Per Event Enterprise Pricing

If you are starting out and only running less than 3 events a month or if you are just looking to set up a once-off event for a wedding, birthday, or baby shower? Then you can purchase our Enterprise package on a per-event basis.

$79 per event - includes 1 photo/video booth device license and 1 sharing station license.


The event is valid for 48 hours but can be extended at an additional cost and includes all enterprise features.

$55 per event - for an additional Enterprise event license.

$35 per event - for an additional sharing station enterprise event license.

$25 per event - for white-label emails and URLs.


Enterprise Plus Package

Perfect for larger businesses or for companies managing permanent installations.

  • This is the highest package available to Snappic users. It includes all the features available in the Enterprise package, plus additional features for those who require higher management options.

  • The Enterprise Plus package enables you to resell the Snappic app under your own brand.

  • This is useful if you have permanent installs or if you want to grow your photo booth business exponentially.

  • Paired with a fully branded white-label portal, a grey-label app (which is the Snappic app with No Snappic Branding)

  • The ability to create and manage sub-accounts

  • You can use LiveConnect to remotely make adjustments.

  • Assign event codes so clients can log in with ease and not need full access to any accounts or events, making the Enterprise Plus package perfect for growing your photo booth business. 🤩

Monthly Enterprise Plus Pricing

  • $399 per month for the master account - includes 1 photo/video booth device license and 1 sharing station license.

This gives you access to a fully branded login portal and dashboard for your company and your clients. This allows you to set up and manage sub-accounts, gives you access to event codes, and provides access to the grey label app.

$109 per month - for additional enterprise licenses that can be added to the master account or to enterprise sub-accounts.

Annual Enterprise Plus Pricing

  • $3999 per year for the master account - includes 1 photo/video booth device license and 1 sharing station license.

This gives you access to a fully branded login portal and dashboard for your company and your clients. This allows you to set up and manage sub-accounts, gives you access to event codes, and provides access to the grey label app.

$1099 per year - for additional enterprise licenses that can be added to the master account or enterprise plus sub-accounts.


Pro Package

Our most basic package will still help you run a highly successful photo booth if you don't need all the bells and whistles but the basics to make a great event!

  • If you are looking for a more basic package for a simple photo, GIF, or Boomerang experience with custom overlay templates, digital props, and DSLR integration, then this is the solution for you 👍

Please note:

  • The Pro package is not for users who would like to use Snappic for their 360 booths or video activations. Only our Enterprise or Enterprise Plus packages include Snappic's VideoFX builder.

Monthly Pro Pricing

  • $69 per month - includes 1 photo booth device license.

This allows you to run unlimited* events and extended event durations for as long as the monthly package is active. The Pro package does not include a green screen or a microsite, but you can add these as bolt-ons for an additional $19 per item per event. Additional concurrent event licenses for Pro Monthly Plan are available at $9 each, resolving previous inconsistencies and providing clearer details.

*You will need an additional license if you want to run multiple events simultaneously.

$39 per month - for an additional Pro photo booth license.

$29 per month - for a sharing station license.

Annual Pro Pricing

  • $499 per year - includes 1 photo booth device license.

This allows you to run unlimited* events and extended event durations for as long as the monthly package is active. The Pro package does not include a green screen or a microsite, but you can add these as bolt-ons for an additional $19 per item per event.

*You will need an additional license if you want to run multiple events simultaneously.

$249 per year - for an additional Pro photo booth license.

$149 per year - for a sharing station license.

Per Event Pro Pricing

Just starting out and only running less than 3 events a month? Or just looking to set up a once-off event for a wedding, birthday, or baby shower? Then you can purchase our Pro package on a per-event basis. For cost optimization, consider switching to the monthly plan if hosting two or more events within a three-day period, as it offers more value compared to per-event pricing.

  • $29 per single event - includes 1 photo booth license.

The event is only valid for 48 hours but can be extended at an additional cost.

The Pro events do not include a green screen or a microsite, but you can add these as bolt-ons for an additional $19 per item.

$15 per event - for an additional pro photo booth license.

$15 per event - for a sharing station pro event license.

Subscription Cancellation and Management

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. To avoid unwanted charges, cancel at least three days before renewal via the "Accounts" tab on your SNAPPIC dashboard. Subscriptions remain active until the end of their billing cycle.
