Important Notes

  • Packages = Pro, Enterprise, Enterprise Plus.

  • Subscriptions = monthly or annual billing plans that keep your chosen package active.

  • Per-event licenses = one-off 48-hour access, only available if you don’t have an active subscription.

  • Green screen and microsite are $19/event add-ons for Pro, included in Enterprise and Enterprise Plus.

  • White-label branding:

    • $25 per event (Enterprise only, emails/URLs)

    • $79/month or $799/year (Enterprise, includes Live Connect)

    • Included by default in Enterprise Plus.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least three days before renewal.

  • ¹ Online background removal requires credits, while offline background removal is included.

  • Each event requires its own license, even under the same account.

  • Licenses are tied to events, not devices — you can switch iPads during an event without buying another license.

  • If you run concurrent events, each event must have its own Photo Booth License or Share Station License.

Subscriptions vs. Per-Event Licenses

  • Subscription: Monthly or annual recurring plan that keeps your chosen package active. Best if you run multiple events per month.

  • Per-event license: One-off 48-hour access for Pro or Enterprise. Best if you run fewer than 3 events per month or want a once-off event (weddings, birthdays, baby showers).


Running Multiple Events

  • Each event requires its own license, even if run under the same account.

  • For overlapping events, you must activate additional Photo Booth Licenses or Share Station Licenses before the event starts.

  • A license is tied to an event, not a device—you can switch iPads during an event without buying another license.

Moving Licenses Between Devices

  • You can change the iPad running your event at any time.

  • Simply log into Snappic on the new device and continue the event.

  • All event settings and licensing will carry over seamlessly.

⚠️ Licenses must always be assigned before the event begins. If not, the event may produce unlicensed images and sharing could be blocked until a valid license is applied.


Subscription Management

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.

  • Cancel at least 3 days before renewal in the Accounts tab of your Snappic dashboard.

  • Your package remains active until the billing cycle ends.
