Important Notes

  • Each event requires a separate license, even if they are run by the same account.

  • Licenses are event-based, not device-based. You can switch devices freely during an event.

  • License Compatibility Across Subscriptions:

    • Additional licenses (Photobooth or Sharing Station) purchased under a Pro or Enterprise subscription are tied to the active status of their respective package.

    • If your Enterprise subscription expires and you switch to a Pro package, your additional Enterprise licenses will not function, even if they haven’t expired—they require an active Enterprise base package.

    • The same applies if you downgrade from Pro to no base subscription—your additional Pro licenses will not function without an active Pro subscription.

    • These additional licenses will remain on your account until their original expiry, but will only work with the appropriate active package.

  • Event Duration Flexibility: Licenses apply per event, not per day. You can run a single event over multiple days with one license, as long as the event does not overlap with another active event.

  • Activating Additional Licenses: Additional licenses (e.g., for overlapping events) must be activated before the event start time to ensure proper functionality. Licenses cannot be retroactively applied.

  • Account Sharing Not Supported: Licenses are tied to the account holder and should not be shared across accounts. Each business or brand must operate under its own subscription and license agreements. (This excludes Enterprise Plus*).

Running Multiple Events

Snappic’s flexible licensing structure allows you to run events either simultaneously or sequentially. However, each event must be covered by its own license. For overlapping events, you’ll need an additional Photobooth license for each concurrent session.

Moving Licenses Between Devices

Your license is tied to your event, not your device. This means you can switch iPads at any time—just log into Snappic on the new device and continue where you left off. All event settings and licensing will carry over seamlessly.

Conclusion

At Snappic, we understand the dynamic nature of the events industry. Whether you’re hosting a single event or managing a packed schedule all year round, we aim to offer a licensing system that’s flexible, transparent, and cost-effective.
