Important Notes

  • Snappic Virtual Booth works entirely online—no software installation needed.

  • Guests only need a camera, a web browser, and an internet connection to participate.

  • Works on desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.

Device Compatibility

Compatible with:

  • Mac (Safari, Chrome, Firefox)

  • Windows (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)

  • iOS (Safari, Chrome)

  • Android (Chrome)

⚠️ Not supported on:

  • Devices without a camera or internet connection

  • Obsolete browsers that block camera permissions

  • Opening a link from an integrated app browser, such as Facebook or WhatsApp, etc.

Using Virtual Booth with Zoom or Video Calls

If you’re hosting a virtual event and using Zoom, Teams, or other video conferencing tools:

  • Windows Users:

  • Windows does not allow two programs to use the camera at the same time. This means the Virtual Booth and a video call can’t both access your camera simultaneously.

  • Solution: Turn off your camera in Zoom (or any video call app), then open the Virtual Booth—it will work correctly.

  • Mac Users:

  • macOS allows camera sharing between apps in many cases. You can typically use Virtual Booth and Zoom simultaneously, but performance may vary depending on your browser and camera settings.

Troubleshooting Camera Access

If your Virtual Booth camera won’t turn on:

  1. Ensure your browser has camera permissions enabled.

  2. Close any other app that might be using the camera (Zoom, Teams, Skype).

  3. Refresh the Virtual Booth page.

  4. Try switching browsers (e.g., from Safari to Chrome).

💡 Tip: For the best experience, use Chrome or Safari with the latest browser version.
