If you would like to duplicate and edit a translation that you have previously set up then all you need to do is follow these simple steps:

Step 1:

Click on the "Preset" tab at the top of the page on your Snappic dashboard and then select which preset you are trying to duplicate - the app translation or the virtual booth translation.

Step 2:

Click on the "Create Translation" button.

Step 3:

Now click on "Select a translation" and choose the translation template you would like to duplicate and edit.

Step 4:

Now you can edit the translation template, and then scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save". You will then be prompted to name your newly duplicated template. This will not override your original template.

Once you have saved your new template, please make sure you select the new template for your event.
