Tips for Testing Features
Testing Events Before Official Start Time
Set the event live a day in advance to test functionalities without affecting actual schedules.
Retention of Event Settings
Any changes saved a day prior to the event will remain intact on the event day, eliminating the need for repeated adjustments.
Try creating different template types (Still, GIF, Burst, VideoFX).
Experiment with filters, overlays, and microsite branding.
Use AI-FX for creative transformations and Surveys to collect custom data.
Test sharing options (email, SMS, or microsite).
Validate configurations that require app-based testing, such as preset filter functionality, directly within the Snappic mobile app.
When you’re ready to go live, disable Test Mode and start your event normally. Before starting the event, refresh the Snappic mobile app to ensure all updates and settings from the dashboard have been synced properly.
Ending or Upgrading Your Trial
To remove watermarks and unlock full functionality, upgrade your account to a paid Snappic plan.
Visit the Billing section of your dashboard to choose a Starter or Business package.
Your demo settings and templates will be saved, so you can continue seamlessly.
