Important Notes

  • Bluetooth speakers must be paired via iPad Settings > Bluetooth before being used in Snappic.

  • Ensure your speaker is fully charged or plugged in for continuous playback during long events.

  • You can only select one output source at a time (iPad or Bluetooth speaker).


Requirements

Before starting, make sure you have:

  • An iPad running the Snappic app.

  • A Bluetooth-enabled speaker.

  • The latest version of the Snappic app installed.

  • Access to your iPad’s Bluetooth settings.


Step-by-Step Guide

Pair the Bluetooth Speaker with Your iPad

  1. On your iPad, open Settings.

  2. Tap Bluetooth and ensure it’s turned on.

  3. Put your Bluetooth speaker in pairing mode (refer to your speaker’s manual if unsure).

  4. When your speaker appears in the Bluetooth device list, tap it to connect.

  5. Once connected, you’ll see it listed as “Connected” under Bluetooth devices.


Select the Speaker in Snappic

  1. Open the Snappic app on your iPad.

  2. Tap Start Photo Booth.

  3. A setup screen will appear showing Camera Settings, Filters, and Accessories tabs.

  4. Tap the Accessories tab.

  5. Tap the AirPlay icon (speaker icon) to view audio output options.

  6. Select your Bluetooth Speaker from the list.

  7. Adjust the volume using the slider if needed.

  8. Tap Start Booth to begin your event with the external speaker connected.


Troubleshooting

If your speaker doesn’t appear in the output list:

  • Open the iPad Settings > Bluetooth and confirm your speaker is connected.

  • Ensure the Snappic app has Bluetooth access enabled under Settings > Privacy > Bluetooth.

  • Restart both the iPad and Bluetooth speaker, then reconnect.

  • If issues persist, forget the speaker in Bluetooth settings and re-pair it.
