Important Notes
The Sharing Station requires a data connection to sync media with the main photo booth.
You can use multiple iPads as sharing stations for larger events.
To ensure smooth syncing, both the booth device and the sharing station(s) must be logged into the same Snappic account and connected to the same event.
How the Sharing Station Works
When a Sharing Station is active:
Captured photos and videos from the main booth automatically sync to the secondary iPad(s).
Guests can instantly share via SMS or email from the sharing station instead of waiting at the booth.
You can also enable data capture and printing options on the station for a complete guest experience.
💡 This setup is ideal for high-traffic events where you want to maximize throughput without slowing down the photo booth line.
Setting Up a Sharing Station
Log In on a Second iPad
Use a different iPad from your main photo booth device.
Open the Snappic app and log in using your account credentials.
If you’d like multiple sharing stations, simply repeat this step on additional iPads.
Select Your Event
Once logged in, go to your Events Dashboard.
Select the same event used on your main photo booth.
Toggle Sharing On, and if needed, enable Survey and Printer Configuration.
Start the Sharing Station
After configuring your settings, tap Start Sharing Station.
The app will begin syncing event media from your main booth device.
You’ll see all captured photos, GIFs, and videos populate automatically for guest sharing.
✅ Once synced, the sharing station will continuously update as new captures are taken at the booth.
Tips for Best Performance
Keep both the booth and sharing stations connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Ensure good internet connectivity for fast sharing and syncing.
Use iPads with sufficient storage and up-to-date iOS versions.
Avoid closing the Snappic app while syncing is in progress.
