In this article, we will set up a custom Green Screen Background and make a Frame Adjustment for Photos and Videos. We can use Photoshop or Photopea.

This will allow you to, for example, shrink and place your guests on a specific area of your frame on stills, GIFs, Bursts, and Video.

  • The first step will be to create an overlay and a background using Photoshop or Photopea.

  • If Rulers are not enabled, go to View/Show Rulers. From here, click and hold on to the rulers and drag them out from the top and left side.

  • Once the rulers are set, you will use the Rectangle Select tool and draw a rectangle selection inside the ruler's rectangle area.

  • You will now crop a background for Green Screen use. To do this, click on image > Crop.

  • Then you can click File > Export as > JPG image and name it "background".

  • The next step will be to use an undo button to get to the original image.

  • The next step will be to make the overlay transparent. As we already have the selection, we can click delete, which will remove it.

  • Then you can click File > Export as > PNG image and name it Overlay.
