Setting Up the Event
Let's begin by creating an Enterprise event in Snappic. We can follow this Tutorial on our YouTube channel.
Enabling Surveys
A key component of this event is Surveys, which will be used to collect player information. The survey will include:
Player Name (Text Field)
Player Position (Single-Choice Dropdown)
Player Number (Text Field)
Player Autograph (optional)
Set Up the Survey
Navigate to the Event Options tab and enable Surveys.
Under Surveys, set the Display Location to On Experience Selection to ensure that the text users fill in will be used on the photo template.
Next, click the Show button next to the Survey Builder option.
Inside the Survey Builder, you can add a new section title. In our example, we’ll name this section Player Details.
From the list of available survey blocks, drag and drop the ones you want into your section. Depending on your event needs, you can use various block types, such as text input, drop-downs, email fields, and more.
For this Trading Cards event, we recommend adding the following five fields:
Name (Text Field)
Surname (Text Field)
Player Position (Single Choice Dropdown)
Player Number (Text Field)
And more...
Creating the Trading Card Photo Template
Select Create a New Template.
Choose the 5x3.5" (1500x1050 px) size or use a custom size with the same aspect ratio for enhanced digital results, such as (2000x1400 px). (optional)
Upload your overlay and set the Frame in the correct position.
Next, we will select Single Overlay
We can now select Edit and start customising the Survey Fields.
First, we will add all of the necessary fields from the surveys.
Use the text editing tool to assign a font and colour for the text.
Include another text field for a Player Signature to add an extra touch.
Use a stylish font (Quetine or similar) to enhance the design and create a wow factor.
Also, please note that we have adjusted the Name and Surname to align from the right side under the Properties tab.

Navigating the Custom Text Editor Tool
Click on the survey input text on the template to bring up several editing options.
If the Properties Menu on the right-hand side isn’t open, click the button at the top right to open it.
You can use the properties tab to make the following changes:

Adjust text formatting (size, font selection, colour, stroke width, bold, italics, underline, strikethrough, shadow effects).
The User Experience at the Booth
When the guest selects the experience at the booth, a pop-up survey will appear for them to fill in.
Only the survey fields added to the template will be displayed.
Next, the guest will choose a photo template and capture their image at the booth.
After the capture, they will see the final output on-screen and be able to share the image with themselves.
