We have added many features to Snappic, but due to memory and processing power limitations, we cannot support iPads older than the iPad Air 2.

Snappic officially supports the following Devices

iPad Air 2 and later

iPhone 7 and later

Mac with Apple Silicon chips such as (M1, M2,...)

For Photo Booths, we *recommend:

(*recommendations are based on camera and processing quality)

iPad Pro 9.7 and later

iPhone 8 and later

For 360 Booths and Video Booths, we *recommend:

(*recommendations are based on slow motion support and camera choices)

iPad Pro 11 (2020) and later models

iPhone 11 and later models

Space Requirement:

We recommend at least 64GB for Photo Booths and 128GB and more for Video Booths.

Note: When doing Video, we need to consider space available on the device as Slow-motion recordings can occupy a lot of space before they are rendered. An example would be VideoFX, which is set to record a 10-second video with different sizes depending on what the timeline is set to do. However, we will be using an example of a slow-motion video. The video of 10 seconds can be anywhere from 500MB to 1GB, depending on the device in use. So, if your iPad or iPhone is almost running out of space, the app will report low storage.

It is important to note here that there must be enough space to accommodate the videos for the event. So, when planning a video event, please try to have a minimum of 5GB of free space.
