If your iPad is running low on storage, you can easily clear older events and free up space for new ones. Follow these simple steps to manage your event data directly from the Snappic app.

Important Notes

  • Clearing space will remove media files and event data from your iPad.

  • Ensure all event uploads are complete before deleting.

  • If files remain in the upload queue, they may not have synced to the cloud.

  • Once deleted, data cannot be recovered locally from the iPad.

  • Deleting the sessions will also delete the locally saved files on the device.

How to get started

Step 1: Access Event Management

Open the Snappic app on your iPad and locate an older event that you wish to clear.

Tap on “Tap to Manage Queue” under that event.

Step 2: Clear Event Data

Inside the event management screen, tap “Clear Up Space.”

If there are any remaining images in the queue, this indicates they have not yet been uploaded.

Ensure all uploads are complete before confirming deletion.

Once cleared, the app will free up the event’s local storage space on your iPad.

Done! You’ve successfully cleared space on your iPad.
