Important Notes
Deleted photos and videos cannot be recovered, so confirm before removing them.
You can delete specific media or clear all files at once.
Deleting from the iPad does not automatically remove files from the online gallery (and vice versa).
Deleting Photos and Videos from the Dashboard
Follow these steps to delete event media directly from your Snappic Dashboard:
Step 1
Log in to your Snappic Dashboard and select the event you want to manage.
Step 2
Click Manage Gallery in the event menu.
Step 3
When hovering over an image, you’ll see two buttons appear:
View – Opens the image for preview.
Select – Allows you to choose the image for deletion.
You can:
Select individual photos, GIFs, or videos by clicking Select, or
Use the Select All button in the top right to choose all media at once.
Step 4
Once selected, click Delete to permanently remove the chosen media from your online gallery.
Deleting Photos and Videos from the iPad Gallery
If you want to remove files directly from your device:
Step 1
On the iPad running the Snappic app, tap Tap to Manage Uploads on your event screen.
Step 2
This will open the Gallery Management Page, where you’ll see all uploaded photos and videos.
Step 3
Tap on a specific photo or video to delete it.
A confirmation pop-up will appear — select Delete to confirm.
To delete all media at once, tap Clear Up Space in the top-right corner.
This will remove all photos, GIFs, and videos from the iPad’s local gallery to free up storage.
Tips for Gallery Management
Always sync uploads before deleting from the iPad to ensure all files are safely uploaded online.
For privacy-sensitive events, consider enabling Anonymising Guest Data or clearing files after the event.
Regularly cleaning up your device helps optimize performance and storage space.
