Important Notes

  • Attaching media to emails simplifies social media sharing for guests.

  • Email file size limits vary across clients (Gmail, Outlook, etc.).

  • Avoid enabling file attachments for large video files (VideoFX or 360 Video booths), as some guests may not receive their session due to size restrictions.

Important Recommendation

If your event is using VideoFX for 360 or video booths, it’s best not to enable this feature.

  • Emails have strict size limits that vary between providers, and large video attachments may fail to deliver for some guests. Instead, share links through Snappic’s Microsite for reliable video delivery.

Email Settings

From your Snappic event dashboard, navigate to the Email section. This is where you can customize how your event emails are sent to guests after their session.

Enable “Attach File”

In the Email section, toggle the “Attach File” option ON.

Once enabled, the GIF or Burst will automatically be attached to the guest’s branded email. This makes sharing their Snappic creation on Instagram and other social media platforms quick and effortless.

💡 That’s it! Your event emails will now include the attached media for simple sharing.
