How to download share data

Exporting guest email addresses, phone numbers

Share Data refers to the information guests enter when sharing their photos, GIFs, or videos from your booth or virtual booth — such as emails, phone numbers, or Twitter handles. This is separate from survey responses and can be downloaded easily from your Snappic Dashboard.

Important Notes

  • Share Data does not include survey responses.

  • It only captures information entered during the sharing process (email, SMS, Twitter).

  • You must have active shares from your event for data to appear.

  • Data is available for download from the Analytics section of your event dashboard.


What Is Share Data?

When guests share their session (photo, GIF, or video) from the booth or virtual booth, they enter contact details such as:

  • Email addresses

  • Phone numbers

  • Twitter handles

This information is stored under your event’s Analytics as “Share Data” and can be downloaded for lead generation, follow-ups, or reporting.


How to Download Share Data

Step 1 — Access Your Event Analytics

Log in to your Snappic Dashboard, then select the event you’d like to view.

Click the Analytics tab on the left-hand menu.

Step 2 — Download Share Data

In the Analytics section, you’ll see a Download button next to “Share Data.”

Click Download to export your file.


💡 Tip: The file will download as a .CSV, which can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet software for easy sorting and filtering.
