Event Login Code (Enterprise Plus Only)

Generate a unique event login code for client or attendant access without sharing your account credentials.

Snappic’s Event Login Code feature allows Enterprise Plus users to securely share event access with clients or attendants without providing their full account login. Each event receives a unique code, ensuring that only the intended event is visible on the iPad when using the Snappic Grey Label App.

Important Notes

  • Available only for Enterprise Plus Master accounts.

  • Not available for sub-accounts or other subscription tiers.

  • Each generated code grants access to a single event only.

  • Prevents clients or attendants from viewing or modifying any other events on your account.

Setting Up an Event Login Code

Create an Account PIN

  • Hover over your profile icon in the top-right corner of your Snappic dashboard.

  • Select My Profile from the dropdown menu.

Access the Advanced Tab

  • Once inside your profile, navigate to the Advanced tab.

Create an Account PIN

  • Enter a secure 4-digit Account PIN to enable event code generation.

  • Click Save Changes to proceed.

Generate the Event Code

  • Open the event you wish to share.

  • Click the Actions button and select Manage Devices.

  • Click Generate Event Code.

  • Share this code with your client or event attendant.

  • When used, this event code logs the iPad directly into that event—no password or other events will be visible.

Revoking Access

If you need to revoke access to an event code:

  • Go back to the event’s Manage Devices section.

  • Select Revoke Code next to the event you want to disable.

  • The iPad(s) using that event code will immediately lose access.

⚠️ Note: You cannot revoke licenses if none are currently available when starting the event on an iPad.

Managing Licenses

  1. Log in to your Enterprise Plus account.

  2. Select your event, click Actions → Manage Devices.

  3. Check the box to disable license revoking from other events (if needed).

  4. Click Assign to allocate a license to your event.

  5. Save your changes.

This ensures that your event license is locked and active for the correct event only.

Event Login on the iPad

When opening the Snappic Grey Label App on your iPad:

  1. Select the Event Code Login option.

  2. Enter the unique event code you generated.

  3. Only the assigned event will load—keeping your other events secure and hidden.
