Important Notes

Packages include Starter, Business, and Scale.

Subscriptions are monthly or annual billing plans that keep your chosen package active.

Per-event licenses provide one-off 48-hour access and are only available if you do not have an active subscription.

Green screen and microsite are $19 per event add-ons for Starter and are included in Business and Scale.

White-label branding availability:

  • $25 per event for Business (emails and URLs only)

  • $79 per month or $799 per year for Business, including Live Connect

  • Included by default in Scale

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least three days before renewal.

Online background removal requires credits, while offline background removal is included.

Each event requires its own license, even when managed under the same account.

Licenses are tied to events rather than devices, allowing iPad changes during an event without purchasing additional licenses.

Concurrent events each require their own Photo Booth License or Share Station License.

Additional licenses only function with their corresponding active package.

All additional licenses must be activated before the event begins and cannot be applied retroactively.


Starter Package

The Starter package is ideal for simple events such as weddings, birthdays, and parties that require reliable core functionality without advanced video or AI features.

Subscriptions vs. Per-Event Licenses

Subscriptions provide ongoing access through monthly or annual billing and are best suited for operators running multiple events each month.

Per-event licenses offer 48-hour access for Starter or Business and are ideal for occasional or one-off events such as weddings or private parties.


Running Multiple Events

Each event must have its own license, even when managed under a single account.

Overlapping events require additional Photo Booth or Share Station Licenses to be activated before the event starts.

Licenses remain associated with the event rather than the device used.


Moving Licenses Between Devices

Events can be moved between iPads at any time.

Logging into Snappic on a new device allows you to continue the event seamlessly with all settings and licenses intact.

Licenses must be assigned before the event begins to avoid unlicensed images or blocked sharing.


Subscription Management

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

Cancellations must be completed at least three days before renewal within the Accounts tab of your Snappic dashboard.

Your selected package remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
