Important Notes
- Both Virtual Booth and Background Removal (BG Remove) credits are tracked within the Analytics section of your event. 
- Deleted sessions still count toward credit usage — removing them will not restore credits. 
- This feature helps you track credit consumption for budgeting and event management. 
How To
Access Event Analytics
- Log in to your Snappic Dashboard. 
- Locate your event and click “View Analytics.” - This will open your event’s analytics overview, displaying general engagement data and usage metrics. 
 
Check Virtual Booth Credits
- Inside the Analytics section, click the “Virtual Booth” tab. 
- Here, you’ll see a detailed summary of all Virtual Booth and Background Removal (BG Remove) credits used during your event. 
- Each credit used represents one guest session or background removal process completed. 
💡 Tip: Check this section regularly during live events to ensure you have enough credits for all expected guest interactions.
