Both Virtual Booth and Background Removal (BG Remove) credits are tracked within the Analytics section of your event.
Deleted sessions still count toward credit usage — removing them will not restore credits.
This feature helps you track credit consumption for budgeting and event management.
How To
Access Event Analytics
Log in to your Snappic Dashboard.
Locate your event and click “View Analytics.”
This will open your event’s analytics overview, displaying general engagement data and usage metrics.
Check Virtual Booth Credits
Inside the Analytics section, click the “Virtual Booth” tab.
Here, you’ll see a detailed summary of all Virtual Booth and Background Removal (BG Remove) credits used during your event.
Each credit used represents one guest session or background removal process completed.
