Understanding Snappic's License Costs and Structure

Welcome to our comprehensive guide on Snappic's licensing structure. Snappic offers flexible options designed to meet a variety of needs and event frequencies. In this article, we'll delve into the details of our licensing costs and structure to help you better understand how to efficiently run multiple events.

Per-Event Pricing

Our Per-Event pricing is perfect for users who occasionally host events. Here's how it works:

  • Pro Event: For $19, you get a 48-hour event license, which includes one booth license. If your event requires a second photo booth, you can purchase an additional booth license for $9.

  • Enterprise Event: For $69, you get a 48-hour event license that includes one booth license and one sharing station license. Additional booth licenses can be purchased for $49.

Monthly & Annual Subscriptions

For regular event hosts, our Monthly and Annual Subscriptions offer more cost-effective options:

  • Pro Monthly: At $69 per month, you can run multiple events as long as they don't overlap. Each subscription includes one booth license. For events that overlap, an additional booth license can be added for $39 per month or $9 for a single event.

  • Pro Annual: For $499 per year, you get a booth license that covers all your events for the year. Additional booth licenses can be added for $249 each year, as well as once-off 30-day licenses for $39.

  • Enterprise Monthly: For $169 per month, you receive a booth license and a sharing station license. Additional booth licenses can be purchased for $99 per month or $49 for a single event.

  • Enterprise Annual: For $1599 per year, you receive a booth license and a sharing station license. Additional booth licenses can be purchased for $999 each year or $49 for a single event, as well as once-off 30-day licenses for $99.

Running Multiple Events

Snappic's flexible licensing structure allows you to run multiple events simultaneously or sequentially. However, keep in mind that each event requires its own license. If two events overlap, you will need an additional booth license to cover the second event.

Moving Licenses Between Devices

One of the unique features of Snappic is that your license isn't tied to a specific device - it's tied to your event. This means if you need to switch devices for any reason, you can simply log into Snappic on the new device, and your license, along with all your event settings, will be waiting for you.

Conclusion

At Snappic, we understand the dynamic nature of the events industry. Whether you're hosting a one-time event or running multiple events throughout the year, we aim to provide a flexible and cost-effective solution for your needs. If you have any further questions or need clarification, please reach out to our support team. We're here to help you make the most of your Snappic experience.
