Snappic’s Event Login Code feature allows you to securely share access to a single event without exposing your full account login details. Once enabled, each event can generate a unique code that works together with your Account PIN to allow secure login through the Snappic Grey Label App.

Important Notes
Event Code Login must first be enabled inside the Event Options of each event.
The Account PIN is managed under the Account tab, not inside Event Options.
Each generated code provides access to one event only.
Users logging in with an Event Code cannot view or modify other events on your account.
Available as an add-on for Business packages.
Included in Premium and Scale Master accounts.
Sub-accounts can use Event Codes as an add-on when on Business packages or events.
Event Login Code Setup
Enabling Event Code Login
To use Event Code Login, it must first be enabled on the event.
Open the Events tab in your dashboard and select your event.
Click Edit on Event Options.
Locate Event Codes and enable the feature.
Save your changes.
Once enabled, the Event Code Login section will appear within the event settings.
Generating an Event Code
After enabling Event Codes:
Open your event.
Scroll to the Event Code Login section.
Select Generate Code.
A unique code will be created for that specific event.
Share this code with your client or event attendant. When used on the iPad, it will open only the assigned event.
Managing Your Account PIN
Your Account PIN is required when using Event Code Login on the iPad.
Navigate to the Account tab in your dashboard.
Locate the Security section.
Select Manage next to Account PIN.
Enter a secure 4-digit PIN.
Click Save PIN.
This PIN will now be required, along with any generated Event Code, when logging in on the iPad.
Revoking an Event Code
If you need to disable access to an event:
Open the event.
Go to the Event Code Login section.
Select Revoke Code.
Once the Code has been revoked, if the event is on the start screen, it will lose access.
Managing Licenses
Ensure your event has an active license assigned before using Event Code Login.
Open your event.
Select Manage Devices if needed.
Confirm the correct license is assigned to the event.
Save your changes.
Proper license assignment ensures the event can be accessed successfully via Event Code Login.
Event Login on the iPad
When launching the Snappic App on your iPad:
Select Event Code Login.
Enter the generated Event Code.
Enter your 4-digit Account PIN.
Only the assigned event will load, keeping all other events secure and hidden.
This feature is ideal for providing clients or on-site attendants with limited event access without exposing your main account credentials.
