The downloaded file will be in Excel or PDF format.
Ensure your event analytics are fully loaded before downloading.

Access Your Event Analytics
From your event dashboard, locate your event and click “View” under the “View Analytics” section.
This will open your event’s analytics page, where you can see all engagement data.
Open the Actions Menu
Once the analytics page has loaded, find the “Actions” button in the top right corner.
Click it to reveal a dropdown menu with several options related to your event data.
Download the Competition Data
In the dropdown, select “Download Competition Data.”
Your competition results will automatically begin downloading as an Excel file containing all prizes and winner details.
💡 Tip: Keep your downloaded file organized by renaming it with your event name and date (e.g., “SpringGala2025_CompetitionData.xlsx”).
