If you’re experiencing missing sessions (images, GIFs, videos) from your dashboard, there are several steps you can take to resolve the issue. First, check the internet connection on your iPad. It’s essential to ensure the iPad is connected to a stable network. You can verify this by looking at the "Remaining" block under the "Queue Management" section on the iPad. If photos are listed as remaining, the sessions have not yet been uploaded from the device.

When this occurs, please check your internet connection on the iPad and then check the "Remaining" and "Failed" blocks under Queue Management to see if there are remaining sessions (images, gifs, and videos).

  • To test internet speed, please go to this link.

  • We recommend having at least 20/20Mbps internet speed.

You can check and restart the upload queue on the iPad by tapping the "Tap to Manage Queue" block under Queue Management.

If the queue has paused, tap Stop Upload Queue and then Start Upload Queue, which is at the top (see below). This will restart the queue.

Status meanings:

  • Uploading - Uploading current sessions

  • Waiting to upload - You don't have any sessions waiting to upload - all sessions have been uploaded.

  • Waiting for the network - You don't have an active internet connection.
