Occasionally, technology can behave unpredictably, leading to situations where your WiFi connection drops and sessions may become "stuck."
If you notice that sessions/files are not appearing on the microsite or dashboard or it seems like images and videos are 'missing', then you will need to verify whether they have been successfully uploaded from the device used during the event.
Go to the event on your device. Navigate your attention to the bottom left section called the "Queue Management" section.
If there is a number under "remaining," there are still sessions in the queue that have not been uploaded to the server yet.
Ensure the device is connected to the internet, and click on the "Tap to manage queue" section where you can start the upload queue again.
Status definition within the 'Manage queue' option :
Uploading - This means it is waiting for an internet connection to sync the sessions.
Waiting to upload - You don't have any photos waiting to upload - all photos have been uploaded.
Waiting for the network - There is no active internet connection.
