If you have any missing images or videos from your event then it is possible that these files may still be within the event queue on your device that ran the event.
Be careful not to log out of your app. However, the app will pop up with an error saying, "Pending Session Uploads, Event with a name 'Event name' will show." This means some sessions/images/videos still need to be uploaded to the event from the device.
To find the event, you can navigate to past events and upload pending sessions by restarting the queue.
Notice:
If you are sure all sessions are uploaded and the only ones that show are test sessions, the fastest way to log out will be to delete the app (In this case, all pending sessions will be deleted and cannot be recovered).
Guests will receive the session once synced to the event dashboard. Alternatively, you can delete the session if you don't want the guests to receive them.
