Important Notes
Grey Label app is exclusive to Enterprise Plus packages.
You’ll need to use the Shortcuts app on your iPad to create your custom app icon.
The shortcut simply launches the Snappic grey-label app, but with your company logo and name displayed on the home screen.
Requirements
Before you begin, make sure you have:
An Enterprise Plus plan.
An iPad with the Snappic grey-label app installed.
The Shortcuts app from the App Store.
Your company logo should be saved as an image file on your device (PNG is recommended).
Step-by-Step Setup
Install the Shortcuts App
Locate the Shortcuts app on your iPad.
If it’s not already installed, download it from the App Store.
Once installed, open the app.
Create a New Shortcut
Inside the Shortcuts app, tap the “+” icon in the top-right corner to create a new shortcut.
In the search bar at the bottom, type “Open App” and select the Open App action.
Select the Snappic App
Tap “Choose” within the Open App action.
From the app list, select GIF Booth (the Snappic grey-label app).
Configure Shortcut Details
Tap the three dots (•••) in the top-right corner of the shortcut screen.
A “Details” pop-up will appear.
Select “Add to Home Screen.”
Add Your Company Icon
Under Home Screen Name and Icon:
Tap the icon preview and select Choose Photo to upload your company logo.
Enter your company name in the name field.
Finalize and Add to Home Screen
Tap Add, then Done.
Your shortcut will now appear on your iPad’s home screen as a branded app icon.
Tapping it will open the Snappic grey-label app directly.
Troubleshooting
If your custom icon doesn’t appear:
Confirm you’re using an Enterprise Plus account.
Ensure the Shortcuts app is installed and permissions are granted.
Make sure the Snappic (GIF Booth) app is already installed on your iPad.
Recreate the shortcut and re-add the icon if necessary.
