Troubleshooting Connection Issues
Start by using this article: How to connect GoPro
If your GoPro doesn’t appear in the connection list, restart both the GoPro and your iPad/iPhone, then try again.
Ensure Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are both turned on.
If you’ve previously paired the GoPro, remove it from your device’s Bluetooth list before reconnecting.
Keep your GoPro firmware up to date using the GoPro Quik App.
