Important Notes
The Template Designer supports Photos, AI Filters, GIFs, and Burst.
VideoFX is not supported at this time.
If your overlay preview isn’t displaying, ensure the Show Overlay Preview option is enabled in the toolbar.
For issues with text alignment, use the Text Alignment tools under the Properties section to adjust the positioning.
If the background color isn’t updating, make sure to click the white area of the template (or select Overlay under the Layers tab). Then, update the color under Properties.
To prevent duplicate survey fields, add Survey Frames one at a time. Adding multiple at once can result in repeated text areas.

Top Toolbar
The Top Toolbar offers refined functionality while keeping the layout familiar. Here’s what you’ll find:
Save Processed/Unprocessed Images – Choose how images are saved after editing. Processed images retain filters and crop settings, while Unprocessed images are saved as originally captured.
Show Overlay Preview – Displays overlays in real-time, helping guests position themselves accurately.
Do Not Mirror Live View – Adjust live view settings for better customization.
Countdown Interval – Controls the capture delay between shots.
Layers and Design Elements (Content)
The Left Panel serves as the control center for all design elements. It helps you manage layers and add creative assets effectively:
Adding and Managing Layers – Every new element becomes a layer, including an image, text box, or sticker. The Layers section allows you to reorder, edit, or delete layers.
Stickers – Access a diverse sticker library with categories like Birthdays, Christmas, General, Mother’s Day, and more.
Survey Fields – Enhance engagement by adding custom text fields (ideal for trading cards and interactive elements).
Design Canvas
The Center Panel is where you bring your template to life:
Add Images – Drag and drop images (logos, uploaded images, etc.) onto your design.
Add Text Boxes – Add text to your overlay by clicking the Text Box icon.
Undo/Redo Changes – A new feature that allows you to correct mistakes or revisit previous edits quickly.
Text Editor Toolbox – When a text layer is selected, a toolbox appears at the bottom, allowing you to edit font, colour, size, stroke effects, and alignment.
Properties Section (Advanced Editing)
Selecting any item in your design opens the Properties Section, where you can fine-tune your elements. The Properties tab allows you to adjust the size, orientation, colour, and other attributes to ensure a perfect fit.
Arrange Layers – Click on an object to bring up the Properties section on the right. Select the arrange tab. You can select options to bring the object forward or send it backwards.
Apply Blend Modes – Also, under the Arrange tab, you will find an option for Blend Modes. This will allow you to add various blend effects to the object, such as overlay, soft light, hard light, multiply, luminosity, and more.
Frame Adjustments – Click the Frame tab to manually edit the size and position of the object, as well as apply transformations like rotation, mirroring, and flipping.
Image Adjustments – Under the Image tab, you can change the overlay/background color. Just click on the Overlay layer and select the Image tab on the left panel. You can then click on the color picker and select your colour. In this section, you can also adjust Scale Type.
Alignment & Positioning – Select your text box, and on the properties tab on the left you can select the Text tab. Here you can align text within its bounding box for a clean, professional design.
