Here's a video showcasing the live connect feature.

Requirements for 'Live Connect'

To activate the live connect feature on your account, please take note of the following prerequisites:

  • Stable wifi connection: This is crucial in order for live connect to work.

  • Subscription: The live connect feature is exclusively accessible to users with an Enterprise Monthly or Annual subscription.

  • White Label: Ensure that the white-label feature is activated on your account, either on an Enterprise Monthly or Annual basis.

  • App Version: It's essential to have the most current version of the Snappic app installed on your device.

How to connect to your device.

Step 1:

Open your Snappic app, log in to your event, and ensure you toggle on the remote button

Step 2:

Please login to your Snappic dashboard:

Step 3:

Click on the "Connect" tab.

Step 4:

Please select the device you want to access from your list, and then click on the 'i' icon to initiate remote access. ( Enterprise Plus users can click on the dropdown to view all their accounts.)

Step 5:

Find all your device information under the 'Overview' section.

Step: 6
Once you log in to your device, you will see the following tools:

  • Pointer Tool/ Lazer: Utilize this tool to guide your client's attention to specific areas on the screen or to indicate where they should click.

  • Hand Tool: This tool allows you to select or click on items within the interface.

  • Pencil: You can use the pencil tool to draw or write directly on the screen, making annotations or notes as needed.

  • Trashcan: To remove any drawings created previously on the screen

  • End Call Button: This button is used to terminate the remote session. ALWAYS remember to end the session when you finish your live connect session. Properly ending the session ensures that the red banner gets removed from the screen.

Troubleshooting 'Live Connect'

In order to function, Live Connect is entirely dependent on an internet connection. For optimal performance, we recommend avoiding venue Wi-Fi and ensuring that your personal hotspot has a minimum speed of 20 Mbps. If you meet these requirements, please proceed with the following steps:

  1. Restart the iPad, if possible.

  2. Verify that the 'remote' toggle is enabled on your device.

  3. Ensure that you are using the latest version of the Snappic app.
